By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please stop using the Site. These Terms sit alongside our Privacy Policy. If you purchase services or book a commercial van from us, separate contract, quotation, or rental agreement terms will apply. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version here.

2. Using our Site & Online Bookings

  • You are responsible for your connection and costs when using the Site.
  • The Site is aimed at UK users. Accessing it from elsewhere is at your own risk; you must comply with local laws.
  • Van Hire Bookings: Any payments, deposits, or reservations made through our online booking system are subject to final approval and verification of driving licenses and DVLA check codes. The formal contract is formed only upon signing the Handover Protocol at our premises.
  • You must not use the Site unlawfully, to harass or defame, to send spam/direct-marketing without consent, to scrape/crawl or copy content, to overload or interfere with the Site, or via automated bots (other than standard search indexing).
  • We may suspend or block access if you breach these Terms or applicable law.

3. Privacy & cookies

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand what we collect and why.

4. Intellectual property

  • The Site and all content (text, images, graphics, designs, video, software and trademarks) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by IP laws worldwide.
  • You may view the Site for your internal business/personal use. All other rights are reserved.
  • Do not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, frame, mirror, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our prior written consent.
